You know what I realized tonight? I finally look like an athlete. I’ve always envied girls where when you look at them you can just tell they work hard at their sport, and for me, my sport is lifting.

This is great for anyone who wants a tight butt. Pair with donkey kicks for more results.
an even more effective variation of this is do the donkey kick, bring it in, do a hydrant, then do another donkey kick and so on….super effective!

Knees to the chest; Heels to the bottom.
When lifting off for handstand, do this for the leg that hops.
You will float up effortlessly.
You can also do knees to the chest; heels to the bottom, when hopping up with both legs. This takes more strength in the core (and I can’t do it yet).

In the same vein (but healthier!) as diet plans that mix up your caloric goals, here’s a 7-day plan that gets harder as it goes along. Start on Day One, follow the plan for a week, then repeat. Yes, it’ll seem ridiculously easy going from Day Seven back to Day One, but this will keep your body challenged and will give you a bit of a break every time you restart. Feel free to make this an eight-day plan and add in a rest day on Day Eight.
